Camping and Accommodation
Whether you are a group of friends or a family with kids, we have dedicated camping zones all within a few minutes walking distance of the main festival area.
Sites are generous and there is room to stretch out and enjoy the open space. The camping areas have numerous native trees for shade.
Each camping zone has floodlit shower blocks and toilet facilities and serviced refuse disposal bins.
Be sure to check out the camping FAQ for more information.
Feel like spoiling yourselves? If you don’t wish to set up your own tent, we will be offering ready built campsites.
Enjoy the luxury of a European canvas bell tent, completely set up for you with all the essentials.
The Glamping Zone is an exclusive precinct with its own communal relaxation area.
More information, including sleeping arrangements and pricing will be released in early 2019.
RVs, Caravans and Camper Trailers
Caravans, camper trailers and RV’s are welcome and we have dedicated oversized sites where you have space for all your camping extras.
Larger vehicles are asked to abide by the festival guidelines and set up only in designated areas to allow unrestricted traffic follow in and out of the festival camping areas.
The designated space for larger vehicles is flat, elevated ground with amazing views onto the festival grounds.
Camping with Kids
Families are welcome to camp in any zone. However, for those who would like to be with other families, we have a dedicated Family Camping Zone situated in a quieter area away from the general hub-bub.
The Family Camping Zone can accommodate both tented campers and caravans, camper trailers and RV’s in separate areas.
A wagon shuttle will operate to and from this area from 9am-10pm to help out those with little feet.
Camping with Special Needs
For patrons with special needs, we would like to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
We have priority sites situated close to the festival area entrance and with disabled toilet and shower facilities.
Please contact us directly to arrange these campsites.
Staying in Town
There are numerous Motel and B&B options available within a comfortable drive to Woop Woop.
Roma and Surat are the closest towns, each approx. a 35 minute drive from the property.
Parking at the festival is free for ticket holders.
